Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API) Data
Best Seller Hunter uses the Amazon Selling Partner API (“SP-API”) to provide reporting and analytics services to our clients through our BSH Analytics reporting portal. We only access Amazon selling partner data after a client explicitly authorizes our application through Amazon’s authorization workflow.
What we collect. With your authorization, we retrieve business information from your Amazon Seller Central account, such as sales and traffic reports, advertising performance data, catalog and listing information, and search performance data. We do not collect Amazon customers’ personally identifiable information.
How we use it. Amazon data is used solely to provide the services you have engaged us for: performance reporting, advertising management, and account analytics. We never sell Amazon data, use it for advertising products to third parties, or share it with anyone other than the client who owns the data.
How we store and protect it. Amazon data is stored on secured cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256). Access is restricted to authorized team members who need it to deliver services to the respective client, under least-privilege access controls.
Retention and deletion. We retain Amazon data only for as long as needed to provide our services. When a client ends our engagement or revokes authorization, associated Amazon data is deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
