The client wanted to prepare his advertising account for Q4, also. He wanted to increase his overall sales with a profitable TACoS.
Our solution:
1. Detailed individual audit.
Our team spent a few hours analyzing the advertising account entirely.
We found a lot of room for improvement and represented our plan on how we will grow their Amazon store. We showed them a lot of mistakes and ways to fix everything.
2. Optimization of existing campaigns.
Placements, search terms, BIDs, and budget rules were not optimized.
There were a lot of unprofitable automatic groups, KWs, and ASINs in manual campaigns and from search terms.
Also, Sponsored Display and Sponsored Brand campaigns sometimes should be optimized only if you download a report. Based on the history, the last report was downloaded 6 months ago.

3. New “shot” campaign’s structure.
