The client wanted to improve his store, upload more products, optimize listings and increase overall sales with the same ACoS.
1. Detailed individual audit.
We showed how we could improve their store and represented to them our cases in the same niche to prove we could make it better and achieve their goals. We analyzed the existing strategy and showed them all the mistakes and ways to fix them.
2. Optimization of the store, listings, and existing campaigns.
We structured their store, added more products, and divided them correctly. We optimized their product description and bullet points and created A+ content to increase the conversion rate and session %. We optimized their existing campaigns, eliminated irrelevantly and unprofitable KWs/ASINs to save their ad budget, and then reinvested it into new campaigns.
3. New “shot” campaign’s structure.
We implemented our unique strategy and created more Sponsored Brand campaigns to increase Brand awareness and defend their brand. Also, created more campaigns to attract traffic to their store. We created more SP and SD campaigns for new and existing products.
So with our strategy, we could increase their ad spending by $3,600 while the ACoS is approximately the same.
